Ashley Iduda
Ashley Iduda is a mom of two, professional makeup artist, beauty and confidence coach on a mission to help women see themselves through God’s eyes—flaws and all. With a unique blend of makeup artistry, faith-based wisdom, and practical psychology, she teaches women to cultivate inner beauty that spills over into every area of life. Her work isn’t about masking imperfections, but revealing the strength, worth, and radiance that already exist within.
When she’s not teaching makeup lessons or recording episodes, you’ll find her creating art with her kids, sipping Americanos, geeking out over beauty products, or exploring Austin, TX with her beloved husband and her dog, Jack.

Elaine Vandiver
Elaine Vandiver is a military veteran turned 1st generation farmer and entrepreneur who operates two complementary agricultural businesses on a historic 1870s homestead in Walla Walla, Washington. At Old Homestead Alpacas, she raises suri alpacas for their luxurious natural fiber, which she transforms into craft yarns and professionally machine-knit garments including hats, scarves, and mittens. She also operates Gholson Gardens, which provides seasonal specialty cut flowers and has become a revenue stream that allowed her to make farming her full-time occupation. In this series of three episodes I'm excited to share Elaine's interesting journey where she encourages you to simply follow the thread.

Kena Siu
Kena Siu is the Empowerment Guide behind the brand & podcast Midlife Butterfly. She specializes in guiding women through life's most challenging transitions—divorce, loss, reinvention, and soul awakening—using trauma-informed coaching that combines meditation, different coaching modalities, somatic awareness, and what she calls 'radical self-love.' Her own journey through multiple countries, languages, marriages, and profound losses led her to create a movement for women who are ready to drop the people-pleasing, heal old patterns, and build lives of freedom and authentic purpose. She describes herself as living in the 'sacred in-between', that transformative space where we're no longer who we once were, but on the threshold of remembering who we truly are. She supports women to embrace their inner Midlife Butterfly and create a life they're truly joyful living.
